Monday night classes: Cultivating Love in Tough Times

We all seek balance and understanding in our interactions with others. By cultivating a peaceful heart and a wise mind, we can fulfill this goal. These practical classes will offer Buddha's advice for transforming our modern lives. Classes include guided meditations, teachings, and discussions. These introductory classes are particularly suitable for beginners. Everyone is welcome.

Classes are taught by Resident Teacher, Gen Atisha, and are based on the book, Transform Your Life. The classes are held at Vajrarupini Center at 3344 4th Avenue in San Diego.

No pre-registration is required and you can attend one or more classes in a series. No need to bring or wear anything special.  $12 per class.
